Let the countdown begin…my last day of work is July 17th and Andrew’s is the 24th. We are picking up and driving to the west coast on August 17th. We will start our internship in early September (which is also our 2nd anniversary..awww….).
I just can’t believe we are actually doing it. I mean, even before we got married we thought it would be amazing to give a full year to service…either in the US or abroad…I guess it’s technically both??? We are in the home stretch and although we have a lot more work to do, we are excited to start our new lives on the other side of the country / in a new country.
We will be updating this a few times before we leave, and then rather frequently once we are out in San Diego / Mex…so stay tuned :)
